CIECA announced that Propel Up, LLC has become a corporate member. Established in 2023, the company builds software to help auto body shops and other small companies obtain more reviews, showcase their reviews from the Internet, track website visitors, and grow their businesses. Its six employees focus on solving pain points in the online tech space associated with running a small business.

“We're excited to be a part of CIECA and to connect with other like-minded professionals in the auto body industry,” said Gaurav (Rav) Mendiratta, Chief Product Officer of Propel. “As a relatively new company, we joined CIECA to stay up to date with the latest industry trends and best practices.”

The team is particularly excited about the opportunity to learn from other members and contribute to the growth and success of CIECA.

“Being part of CIECA also allows us to share our innovative approach to reviews management and lead acceleration with a wider audience, and we're looking forward to building strong relationships within the organization,” he said.

Mendiratta said that CIECA standards are important for the collision industry because they promote interoperability and standardization, which ultimately leads to improved efficiency and accuracy in business operations.

“For our business, adopting CIECA standards helps ensure that we are using the most up-to-date and reliable methods for communicating and exchanging data with our partners and customers, which leads to better customer experiences and improved overall business performance,” he said.

As a CIECA member, Propel hopes to network with auto body shop owners and other business owners.

“We would like to gain insights into the collision industry's best practices, keep abreast of emerging trends, collaborate with industry peers, and contribute to the development of standards that will help drive innovation and improve the industry,” said Mendiratta.
