The next CIECA Webinar will be held on Thursday, March 12, at 11 am PST/1 pm CST/2 pm EST: "What You Haven’t Heard About AI in the Collision Industry.”

 

The one-hour live broadcast will feature Bill Brower, Senior Vice President of North America Claims and Global Industry Relations at Solera, and Mark Fincher, Vice President, Product Management at CCC Intelligent Solutions. Bill Brower

With over 30 years of experience, Bill Brower is a highly regarded leader in the insurance property and casualty industry, having led claims teams for renowned companies such as Nationwide Insurance, Liberty Mutual Insurance, LexisNexis Risk Solutions and Solera.

 

Prior to joining Solera, Brower served as VP & Head of U.S. Auto Claims Strategy for LexisNexis Risk Solutions, where he played a pivotal role in developing data solutions for claims automation. During his tenure at Liberty Mutual, he held key positions including Head of Auto Physical Damage Claims and VP of Strategic Partnerships. Notably, in 2011, Brower collaborated with Solera to create the industry’s first photo estimating app, laying the groundwork for today’s Qapter AI solution.

 

Mark Fincher

With a passion for helping small businesses drive meaningful improvement through the use of technology, Mark Fincher has spent the past 30 years working with collision repairers across the United States.

 

For 20 of those years, he has been with CCC Intelligent Solutions with responsibility for CCC’s automotive market strategy and solutions. In this role, Fincher is responsible for defining the product integration strategy and roadmap for CCC’s suite of automotive products.

 

Exchanging ideas with customers and CCC’s extensive field organization, Fincher works to understand those issues facing automotive professionals which are in turn used to deliver new innovation to the increasingly complex business of vehicle repair.
