Add or Delete a Repair Facility from Rental Database

Request a Repair Facility Identifier

Repair Order Add to determine if an existing claim is found

Rental Contract is sent to Repair Facility to match a repair order

Claim Number is sent to Repair Facility (or Information Provider) to match a Repair Order for future Status Updates

Repair Status Change to updated trading partner of new Completion Date.

Repair Order Close is sent to trading partner with the information that the repair has been completed

Request for the status of the repair which may result in a request for Authorization

Repair Status provided to the trading partner

Rental Status provided to the trading partner

Rental Company request Authorization

Pro-active authorization of days from the insurance company to the Information Provider as an update on the new rental period.

Authorization Inquiry is requested

Authorization Change is sent from the Insurance Company to the Rental Company

Outcome

The company that receives one of the above requests, will send the requestor a response message.
