Individual efforts, are always the key to success for an organization like CIECA. Then sometimes outstanding individuals combine their efforts and make the seemingly impossible become real. That is the story of a lot of what CIECA has accomplished; people taking extra time from their regular duties, combining efforts with their peers and competitors to achieve good for all. We can never forget that every one of our volunteers has a full time job with many demands, and a boss to please. None of our volunteers get paid, even for their expenses. And, many of our volunteers find themselves in the office on Saturday because they did CIECA work on Tuesday.
